 I want to pay a card fee and wait for 30 minutes to go in alone to do the business. I don’t know how efficient the counter is. I left without a lot of time and didn’t deal with the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever use their credit card out of Taiwan at all, they will lock your credit card because they think it is "suspicious transaction". Worst of all, even after you spend hundreds of dollars on international call to confirm it is your consumption, tell them your travel dates to release the card, they WILL lock you again after you start use it. Somehow they just dont want people to travel.
