★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2/16消費了1341元(使用了買二送一券)，結完帳問店員不是有送滿額禮，店員說有用券就不能送滿額禮(滿1200元送對杯)，為了對杯只好重新結帳，分9杯(可滿1200)與3杯(用券)結帳，店員說券已折抵，交易取消後券就無效，真是傻眼，為了對杯，還是選擇重新結帳也多支付了135元，不知道是星巴克的教育訓練不夠落實還是員工反應力差，希望分店可以派精明一點的店員站收銀，不要把客人的基本權益隨便丟一旁，會被路*莎擠下來也不是沒原因。
On 2/16, I spent 1341 yuan (buy 2 get 1 free coupon), and after checking out, I asked the clerk if there was a gift for the full amount. Re-checkout, divided into 9 cups (can be over 1200) and 3 cups (with coupons), the clerk said that the coupons have been discounted, and the coupons will be invalid after the transaction is cancelled. I am really dumbfounded. I paid 135 yuan. I don’t know if Starbucks’ education and training is not implemented enough or the staff’s response is poor. I hope the branch can send a more savvy clerk to stand at the cashier. no reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員親切，索取熱水倒完還發現水中有灰塵馬上倒掉再幫我換一杯新的，真的很貼心。
一樓點餐櫃檯及商品陳列及座位，洗手間位在二樓有座位還有一間能容納8~10人的包廂，佔地寬座位算不少。
The clerk is kind. After asking for hot water, I found that there was dust in the water and immediately poured it out and helped me replace it with a new one. It was really considerate.
The ordering counter on the first floor, product display and seating, the toilet is located on the second floor with seats and a box that can accommodate 8 to 10 people, which occupies a lot of space.
