The 2nd floor, the authorised reseller for fixing apple stuff is good. The service inside is fantastic. But you do remember to register first before you come. Don’t just come to fix your apple stuff. They will refuse it. Register the service your want from online of apple to find out authorised reseller for fixing.

Can’t accept iPhone maintenance reservation on site (even for later time slot) because I just come by the store. They don’t even try to help you other way around like opening the official website on any demo Mac and assist you thru the reservation. Apple store in 101 is much better and store employees will help you make a reservation (step by step thru apple official website).

Since Apple opened it's first official store in Taiwan (Taipei), I predicted things may get tougher for the other Apple approved outlets, like Studio A and Youth, and when I visited this store the other day, it was pretty devoid of customers, unlike my last visit 6 months ago. However, I do like to support independent stores when I can, and my recent visit to the new Apple store left me more than a little frustrated. I was on the lookout for some HomeKit enabled electronics, and unfortunately the staff had little idea what I was talking about. This was not a language issue however, as even though my Mandarin is sorely lacking, I used my iPhone to show them exactly what I was looking for. They had no idea! If you're selling Apple products, then read up about what you're selling. It's not complicated. I did eventually get something, but it took me a while to find another member of staff who knew what I was looking for - which ironically was a product made in Taiwan, by a Taiwanese company, whose offices are based in Taipei! Oh well.

Too them 15 minutes to get the information that they don't have in stock what I was looking for.

This would be 0 stars if possible. They make excuses for not being able to answer the phone or opening the store on time. They have several numbers that lead to empty departments. They lied about the length of their warranty service in order to make a sale and then when asked to make a repair they said the policy changed no longer covered this or that. They send you to a repair center where they find additional reasons and exaggerate your problems to charge you more money for repairs you possibly don't need. They take their sweet time repairing and tell you how much damage was inflicted and how parts needed to be imported and your device had to be shipped to second place. Overall, this place sells Apple products with poorly trained staff that looks to blame and scam the customer before they actually perform any services. Avoid at all costs.

Worst retailer ever, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! The staff or so called “genius” are useless and they accuse customer of intentionally damaging product that needed to be fixed. Useless.

I had reservation at 4:40pm today to repair my laptop, then I have waited over 10 minutes for the stuff. The guy at 2f repair center wasn't paying any attention while I explained, as a result, he suggests me to purchase a new laptop instead of replacing sound system, also he said the laptop was purchased in 2015, it is nothing he could do. **** The the minute I told him I'm not interesting to stay any longer, he suddenly told me: he could work on my computer and try to fix it. **** Unprofessional worker with rude attitude. Who ever come to this store please be careful, I would not recommend you to visit nor give them permission to access your personal laptop.

Prolonged waiting time and only one working member at desk to resolve Apple products issues. Wasted my Sunday time on this .. came for my iPhone 11 technical issues .
