對，你沒看錯，我沒調色，東坡肉就是這麼黑！ 帶老婆跟岳母來吃飯，希望今年岳母多多照顧。 ps口味還行，考慮價格CP值普通，最滿意的地方就是出餐速度快，但服務人員素質有待加強，有時叫了好幾聲都還故意沒聽到，剛入座時桌上的餐具偏油膩，用餐前要擦一下。

I hate to give poor reviews, because any establishment can have a bad day, and this was definitely the case during my visit. I took my wife and daughter to lunch there because we love the Su Hung in Dapinglin and this new branch is closer to our home, but from the moment we sat down at our table things didn't go well. First of all, several of the famous Su Hung dishes we were hoping to enjoy weren't available (XLBs, lion's head stew, and sautéed spinach). Now, if we had been informed of this at the time we ordered we probably would have said, "we'll come back another day" and left. But the waitress didn't tell us - instead, she let us order those dishes and then 10 minutes later when she brought out the one dish we had ordered that they did have, she told us the others were "sold out" - so, with a dish already on the table we didn't feel right to get up and leave. We tried to make the best of it and ordered other items - dishes we didn't especially want but were available. It made me wonder - what sort of restaurant runs out of 3 different items before noon (it was 11:30)? Don't they know how to manage their kitchen? The 2nd-string dishes we ordered arrived very slowly over a period of about 20 minutes, and one of them didn't show up at all. With a sigh we pushed back our chairs and gave up. The man at the cash register tried to appear concerned - he removed the no-show dish from the bill and offered us 10% off the total. I accepted without a pang - at least it was some acknowledgement that our experience hadn't been very good. Nevertheless, next time we'll go the extra distance to Su Hung in Dapinglin.

Your standard Chinese Jiangche cuisine but a bit too pricy. We notified the staff of the annoying flies hovering around our table, and yet they didn't do anything about it.
