女生設計師說有客人取消可以提早去
我們離預約的時間還提早到了幾分鐘
發現前面還有一位客人所以我們坐下來等也沒告知我們什麼
然後大概過10分鐘才稍微幫我們處理一下後又等了快1小時
這過程什麼都沒說 還是我去問了不好意思請問還要多久呢才有個答覆(這點我對當下的客人的體驗有點不好意思)
如果設計師沒有能力或是店沒有人力的話可以不要一次在同時段負荷這麼多客人 提前說也行不用這麼貪心 就算你過程中跟我們說一下都行 最後雖然有折價但今天的體驗整個過程非常的糟糕 希望能做改善才能留住客人。(兩顆是給最後有折扣)

We were a few minutes early for our appointment
Found out there was another guest in front so we sat down and waited and didn't tell us anything
Then it took about 10 minutes to help us a little bit, and then waited for almost an hour.
I didn't say anything during this process, or I went to ask, sorry, how long will it take to get an answer (I'm a little embarrassed about the current customer's experience)
If the designer does not have the ability or the store does not have manpower, you can not load so many customers at the same time. It’s okay to say in advance, don’t be so greedy, even if you talk to us during the process, it’s okay. In the end, although there is a discount, the whole process of today’s experience is very good Terrible hope it can be improved to keep guests. (Two pieces are for the last discount)
