舍利沒存在感沒有個性的壽司,大將頗弱,不沈穩動不停讓人很難靜下吃飯,整晚客人才三位卻完全沒有互動,。3500+10%的餐道數雖不少,但魚生差強人意,料理也僅是到處copy味道毫無亮點。吃完真的不開心到隔天? 吃是種文化,竟然是高雄最高價的壽司屋不是塞一堆聽起來高級的魚料給客人就可以~

ネタ、ボリューム、構成は文句無し。味も悪くないが前半から後半にかけて少しだけ薄味にした方が息切れしない。店主は台北A鮨で修行した台湾人。高雄では強気な価格設定と前金制の予約が集客を邪魔しなければ継続出来るレベルの質を持っている。

$極上散壽司$1800 $特級鰻魚飯$750 (每日限量十份,均附湯品) (開放取餐前一天可至臉書私訊預訂) 鮨毅位於Hotel dùa 是高雄知名日式板前料理 平常皆為無菜單料理形式 疫情期間推出限定餐盒 讓大家不用到店裡也能方便享用高級新鮮日料.ᐟ.ᐟ 散壽司的食材非常新鮮豐富 尤其鮪魚大腹光看那飽滿的油脂就要流口水( -'﹃ '- ) 海膽的份量也不少 吃起來完全沒有苦味 其他還有多種生魚片 像是鰻魚、干貝 及甜蝦等 不過沒吃到我最愛的鮭魚 有點小傷心( ᵒ̴̶̷᷄꒳ᵒ̴̶̷᷅ ) 另外醋飯跟山葵都很優秀 米飯很Q山葵不會過嗆 散壽司整體來說真的是高水準! 鰻魚飯的部分鰻魚份量充足 鮨毅鰻魚厲害的點在於鰻魚烤的非常之Q彈( ¨̮ ) 上頭撒著山椒鹽作為調味 因此入口後真的能感受到山椒香味與焦香交雜的香氣 而鰻魚是屬於偏乾不太濕潤的 是和我以前所吃到的鰻魚比較不同的地方 但我認為鮨毅的鰻魚仍別有一番風味(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) 另外搭配的醃蘿蔔非常脆 很解膩! 然後這兩個餐盒都有玉子燒跟壽司薑 玉子燒一盒有兩大塊 超滿足⸜(* ॑ ॑* )⸝ 附湯的部分是味增湯 沒有什麼特別的配料 但唯一獨特的配料是一種我沒見過的菇類 因此湯頭特殊的香氣來源有可能是它 味增湯的口味與調味是偏鹹的 雖然這個價位我覺得還是稍嫌高了些 但論水準、食材的層面真的沒什麼可挑剔的~ 如果有機會還會想到店裡用餐的!但前提是口袋要夠深ᵒ̴̶̷̥́ーᵒ̴̶̷̣̥̀ 推薦????? 回訪????? 份量????? 目前提供的套餐一次可以吃到多種不同的料理 包含刺身、烤物、揚物、握壽司、釜飯 每次去最期待的就是紹興海膽甜蝦! 希望一次可以吃十個! 烤銀杏也很特別,喜歡咬下去黏黏的口感 不用特別調味,沾點鹽巴就好吃 烤過的香氣帶出尾韻淡淡的苦味 能接受的人應該會跟我一樣喜歡 炸鮑魚的口感非常Q彈!真的會一口接一口停不下來 炸魚翅有事先泡過高湯,不需調味一樣味道很足 還能感受到滿滿黏嘴的膠原蛋白 海膽鮪魚泥手卷咬下去,冰冰的鮮甜味直接在嘴裡爆開 這兩次去的釜飯都是松露鴨肝牛肝菌炊飯 松露香氣很重,每一口都吃得到碎鴨肝 甜點水信玄餅我個人比較還好! 現在都是要包場才能前往用餐,記得先訂位!

It wasn’t surprising me that much tho, I’ve tried many different kind of Japanese omakase, this one is, standard quality, but I love the ice cream it was handmade with honey and milk, a little bit rich for ending but fresh.
