★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price it is really hard to beat Sushiro. I really like their no nonsense approach compared to a lot of other Tainan sushi places who try so hard to hype up their hipster aura but can't actually deliver the quality.
I'm really particular about the quality of the rice on the sushi and this location can deliver warm and fresh rice. The fish themselves are well prepared. They stay in shape and don't fall apart when you pick them up. There are plenty of parking space around the building but it can still get a little crazy on the weekend.
I actually went to this location a year ago but didn't write a review because I felt that the quality wasn't that great at the time. Kudos to the chef for improving.
