★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a famous and crowded sushi restaurant. They have few branches in Taipei. Recommend to book in advance (through their app). Price start from NTD40. Their sushi all taste good. The salmon is fresh and juicy. Can take directly from conveyer belt or direct order from the tablet. The tablet will note you when your order is ready and you just take it from the conveyer belt. Will definitely come back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice sushi conveyor belt restaurant from Japan. Efficient service and reasonable price (NT$40-80). Quality was good and food was fresh. Steamed egg custard, broiled salmon nigiri sushi were highly recommended! Expect to wait for very long time on weekends.

But there is a large queue for this restaurant, you have to book like 4-5hrs before your meal, like me, my friend went there to reserve (around 4.30pm) that time still have almost 700 people queue up (online) OMG!!, Then around 8.00pm, we got the queue. ?
They will give you a sign plate which show your table no., the waiters will bring you to your seat and explain about the dish and price; red dish nt$40, grey dish nt$60 and gold dish nt$80, just pick up what ever you wanna eat ? .. there is unlimited matcha powder you can put on your cup mixed with hot water (i really like!),,
For the food, Otoro, Engawa and burnt salmon, especially Hotate and crab paste are sooooo yummy as well as other dishes. Worth try! I will come back again for sure ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Japan, a direct competitor of Kura sushi with similar setup and system. Made reservation online and was seated on time, limit to one hour though. Prices starts from $40 to $120, with many items at $40 and $60. In general, the quality was better than Kura. We particularly enjoyed the mackerel, squid, sweet shrimps, steamed egg custard, and fried bamboo shoots. Just don't compare them to your favorite sushi restaurant, not at the same price range! Service was great!

Please go to the restaurant during off-peak period, otherwise you might spend more than 1 hour on waiting. On the other hand, you also can book a seat by its APP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a little bit pricy compared to the other common chain store of its kind. However, you get higher food quality as well. In general, most dishes are great imho. Some are unique and extraordinary. Definitely give it a try with an empty stomach!
