★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了一台車2年總共去保養了4次，最近保養上個禮拜，跟我老婆說電池蓄電剩下23%建議要換電池，跟服務人員說暫時不用喔，牽車出廠再交代一次，電池沒換可能會發不動，本人摸過不少汽車改裝品，心想該不會每次5000km來保養，原廠人員都沒有注意電瓶水，雖然我老婆不懂，結果我自己去打開看真的水空空，剛好手邊有一瓶陳年的電瓶水，整瓶500ml加光還不夠這個真的就扯，難怪我老婆的姐夫車電池兩年就壞了，還同一款swift zc13s
 I bought a car for 2 years and have been maintained 4 times in total. Last week, I told my wife that 23% of the battery storage is left. It is recommended to change the battery. I told the service staff that it is not necessary for the time being. If I didn’t change it, I might not be able to start. I have touched a lot of car modification products, and I thought I would not maintain it every 5000km. The original factory staff did not pay attention to the battery water. Although my wife didn’t understand, I went to open it and see it. I just have a bottle of old battery water on hand. The whole bottle of 500ml plus light is not enough. This is really a pull. It’s no wonder that my wife’s brother-in-law’s car battery broke in two years, and the same swift zc13s was returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 維修中心的人員很貼心，昨天進廠做夏日健檢時，身體不太舒服，接待的一位小姐有注意到我的狀況，保養後有主動來關心我的狀況，並詢問我是否需要服務人員代勞送我回家。很貼心喔！
The staff in the repair center are very caring. Yesterday, when I entered the factory for a summer health check, I was not feeling well. A lady who received noticed my condition and took the initiative to care about my condition after maintenance and asked if I needed service. The staff took me home on their behalf. Very sweet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好像一開始叫你做的保養你卻沒做，近期就還會再走一趟。解說人員是還挺專業的，還好有事先做功課，不然肯定聽不懂。連要交車時，好像付完款項就不太會理你了，呃…真的很尷尬

Fortunately, they have done their homework beforehand, otherwise they will definitely not understand. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment is good, but I think the staff is lake of profession. This car is a 2016 SUZUKI Swift. They listed what kinds of maintenance I should take. I saw there is a "carburetor cleaner" on the quotation.
I asked that if my car has a carburetor?? Staff told me that it will be used for cleaning the throttle body and something nearby. I said...there is no such a carburetor on this car right? Then the staff changed his answer said "It is automatically listed by computer, I will just cancel it".
I feel very unhappy that seems this SUZUKI authorized dealer wanted to cheat on me...Luckily they didn't break my car.
