這邊治療師很有耐心及細心♥️
女兒很喜歡來上課??
復健科醫生也很專業?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 111年1/7號早上8：40去2樓復健，我趴著要熱敷跟微波，我說我要拉簾子，女性治療師竟說為什麼要拉？我真的要發火了，難道病人沒有隱私嗎？最基本的重視病人的隱私都做不到嗎？還是學校沒教？台新的學長姐都沒教！要不是陳醫師人很好，有耐心，微笑待人，我才不會想來台新復健，
On January 7, 111, at 8:40 in the morning, I went to the 2nd floor for rehabilitation. I was lying on my stomach and asked for hot compresses and microwaves. I said I wanted to pull the curtain, but the female therapist said why? I'm really going to get mad, don't patients have privacy? Can't the most basic attention to patient privacy be done? Or is it not taught in school? Taixin's senior sister did not teach! If it wasn't for Dr. Chen's kindness, patience, and smile, I wouldn't want to come to Taishin for rehabilitation.

但有些事情還是想反應....
只是做個健檢，卻要跟一堆病患一起等問診，而且過號的人疑似只需要等一位就可以看診，導致正常報到的人一直延後....那到底誰要準時來啊。問櫃台小姐，得到的答案是去問診間的護士....診間護士忙進忙出，櫃檯小姐坐著發呆！傻眼！超級浪費時間

1.內部動線不清：
接種者和一般患者要同時給同一個醫生問診，哪裡報到、哪裡問診、哪裡接種並未明示，造成部份民眾的困擾。
2.等待空間擁擠：
等待的人群沒有座位就算了，大家都只能和其他候診的民眾擠在診間的走廊，對彼此都不甚方便。
3.空氣悶熱：
人多之後，也沒有感覺到空調開強一點，甚至室外有人抽煙，煙味也會隨著外面的風吹進來，醫院內充滿煙味，待在室內的感覺很不好。
