I had the fantastic luck of crossing Alec on a bike ride while my bike was making some terrible noises. He said not to worry and to just come by the shop, that he had the necessary tools back and the shop and could get me sorted and back out on the road! So, I rode into town with him where I met his super kind and knowledgeable colleague, Alex. In less than 5 minutes, Alec had identified the problem in my drive train that was leading to all my unnerving sounds. Just a few minutes later, he had everything cleaned up, tightened up, and running smoothly again! He also double checked my chain strain and brake, recommending that I change my chain and spruced up my braking action. All the while, I had a great chat with the guys about planning a tour around Taiwan with my mates in May. They knew all the best routes and had loads of tips for how we should do it, where to go, how much climbing we'd have to face or how to avoid it. I also loved checking out the retro bikes they were building up and blinging out! They looked so good! Even the touring bikes they offer for riding around the island look great! I can't wait to get back there to plan our tour with my mates! We will for sure be renting their bikes and gleaning all the information we can from these great guys!!! Definitely, go check them out, for a chat, a tune up, to ogle (or even purchase) their retro builds, to plan a tour, or to ride around! Highly recommended!!!

What a fantastic bike tour!!! Alex was a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable of Taipei and its history. He has a great personality and always checking in to see how I was doing, letting me know where we are headed next, giving me options of where I’d like to eat. The bikes are brand new and lovely to ride. I highly recommend this tour and would definitely do it again!

I do bike tours around the world and this 4 hour tour was the best. The guide was an easy going American named Alex who was wonderfully conversant in the history, politics, food culture, pop culture and sights of this very busy city. This is a must for the first time visitor. Even if you know the city, you’ll learn something and have a delicious, authentic breakfast.

I went to their shop to ask for information on cycling around Taiwan, I didn’t rent nor take a tour, but Alec enthusiastically told me everything I should know. :D He was very helpful and friendly. At the end of the conversation, he offered me to check my bicycle. So I returned the next day, he checked everything, did some quick fixes and adjusted everything to my fitting. Thank you so much! I feel completely ready for my trip because of you. Would recommend anyone to use the services of this wonderful company! :D

Alec Is very active in the cycling community organizing rides and events. He really knows what he is doing and takes the time to explain problems your bike has now and what problems it soon may have. A great English speaking bike mechanic that doesn’t try to sell you parts you don’t need is rare to find. I cycled for nearly an hour just to go here.

I rented a Giant touring bike for 3 days and was delighted with the quality of the bike as well as the support from Alex and Alec. Super friendly, helpful team and they replied to my emails really quickly. The bike came with lots of handy extras (lock, helmet, panniers, lights etc.), so you really don't have to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend renting a bike from them and exploring the city and surroundings!

Very knowledgeable and awesome staff to get your bike serviced and taken care of, or do a build for you. Also lots of sick vintage bikes for sale. Also nice bikes for rent with guided tours that are really great fun. Highly recommend.

What can I say... Alec and Alex are amazing set of people! They are some of the most friendliest people I have ever meet and are happy to help in all ways. The bike tour went for around 5 hours as they asked us at the start if we wanted to go longer than the 4 hours, which I recommend as we got to try and really great food and the breakfast was a real highlight. Pro tip: don’t eat before you go as there is lots of food for breakfast! It’s all flat so don’t worry you don’t need to be fit!
