不過若是不注意的話很難發現這裡有個行政機關，緊鄰在建國高架橋旁的這個建築物記得以前一樓是大大的伯朗咖啡館擺飾、而現在變成了柏克金，沒有真正走過這個大樓的騎樓看到匾額標牌不會知道這裡是政府執行法拍的地方。
