★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為自己粗心轉錯帳要申請退回，程序比較繁雜，但南勢角分行的吳瓊華小姐卻極具耐心的解釋以及協助詢問客服，甚至還跟我討論可以怎麼處理會比較好，在這之前一路跑了多家銀行，其他銀行的小姐不是不耐就是不好好正眼說話，雖然我不認為行員就必須恭敬，但不互相尊重的卻大有人在，真的很感謝吳瓊華小姐的協助，讓匯錯錢而慌亂的我覺得真的很溫暖?
