校史編輯 台北市立啟聰學校由1917年建校,曾五度遷校,是為培植聽覺障礙學子設立,也是台灣歷史悠久的一所特殊學校。 該校創設於1917年,初名「木村盲啞教育所」。 1920年改名「私立臺北盲啞學校」。 1928年改制為「台北州立台北盲啞學校」。 1945年定名為「臺灣省立臺北盲啞學校」。 1962年奉令改名為「臺灣省立臺北盲聾學校」。 1967年臺北市改制為院轄市,同年7月易名為「臺北市立盲聾學校」。 1975年7月1日奉令將盲聾兩部獨立設校,再度更名為「臺北市立啟聰學校」。 2009年10月16日,原本北排大樓拆除,並重建新型北排大樓及綜合大樓。新型北排大樓建築類似南排大樓,預計2011年4月底之前完工啟用,另外宿舍、操場及校門警衛室也接著更新修繕。 2009年10月3日,操場改建溫水游泳池及附建臺北市停車管理工程處地下停車場開工動土,為地上1樓,地下2樓,地下停車場給附近居民、老師使用,預計有汽車180位、機車97位,預計103年啟用。 2011年5月7日,舉行94周年校慶遊園會。 2012年5月,北排大樓完工啟用。 2014年11月20日,臺北市停車管理工程處地下停車場啟用,為地上1樓、地下2樓,地下停車場給附近居民、老師使用,預計有汽車180位、機車97位,並於12月16日起收費。
School History Editor The Taipei City Cicong School was established in 1917 and was moved to the school five times. It was set up to cultivate students with hearing impairments and is a special school with a long history in Taiwan. The school was founded in 1917 under the original name "Kimura Blind and Dumb Education Institute". In 1920, it was renamed "Private Taipei School for the Blind and Dumb." In 1928, the system was changed to "Taipei State Taipei School for the Blind and Dumb." It was named "Taiwan Provincial Taipei School for the Blind and Mute" in 1945. In 1962, he was ordered to change its name to "Taiwan Provincial Taipei School for the Deaf and Deaf". In 1967, Taipei City was reorganized as a college-administered city. In July of the same year, it was renamed "Taipei City School for the Deaf and Deaf". On July 1, 1975, he was ordered to set up two independent schools for the blind and deaf, and was renamed "Taipei City Qicong School" again. On October 16, 2009, the original Bei Pai building was demolished, and a new Bei Pai building and complex were rebuilt. The construction of the new Bei Pai Building is similar to that of the Nan Pai Building. It is expected to be completed and opened before the end of April 2011. In addition, the dormitory, playground and school gate guard room will be updated and repaired. On October 3, 2009, the construction of a heated swimming pool in the playground and the construction of the underground parking lot of the Taipei Municipal Parking Management Engineering Office started. It was on the first floor above ground and on the second floor underground. The underground parking lot was used by nearby residents and teachers. 97 locomotives are expected to be opened in 103 years. On May 7, 2011, the 94th anniversary celebration garden party was held. In May 2012, the Bei Pai Building was completed and opened. On November 20, 2014, the Taipei Municipal Parking Management Engineering Department opened the underground parking lot for the first floor above ground and the second floor underground.
