★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is actually a bit away from Taipower building next to Gongguan, but it is the closest one to Shida campus and night market.
It is a small one after Guting station where two lines meet. Some entrances are without escalator, but they do give an access to the subway system from Shida road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having gone to University/Shida market in the afternoon of July 3, 2018, my family of four walked here to take the MRT. I found the look of the station was quite similar to US train stations. Anyway the effective and efficient train took us directly back to the Ximen station - our hub to explore Taipei!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live or go to school around this area, it's a good station to quickly get to Ximen or Beimen station. And if you're arriving at this station, you'll be extremely close to Shida Market. Just take exit 3. Very clean as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average station for the Taipei MRT. It has limited retail and shopping underground but does have several ATMs, EasyCard tap up stations and a barbershop.
The nice part is it's in a good location near Shida and has a U bike facility outside and is located on a main street in the Gongguan/Shida/Guting area.
There are many good restaurants nearby and Da'an Park is not too far of a walk from exit 2.
This station has five exits surrounding Roosevelt Street and is easily accessible via escalator or elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good station. Big, clean and trains always begin from here. The area is not bad too. But Gongguan, outside is more lively and fun.
