不過剛好隔壁櫃檯遇到一位 吃到炸藥的“奧客”，行員只關心詢問一下...他就爆氣～大聲亂吼，原以為他喝醉，但吼叫不帶髒話也沒其他動作，所以也拿他無法?
不過行員EQ高 應變處理的不錯?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一進門就有服務人員詢問要做什麼然後幫忙抽號碼牌引導，幫我處理數位帳戶的小姐親切，解說很詳細，等待的過程有看一下其他行員態度也都很好，來開戶前有上來看一下評論本來怕會被刁難但實際去的體驗非常順利！服務好就應該被鼓勵??
