★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一向對台新銀行沒有好印象，昨日原定要把一本10幾年沒用的帳戶結清，接辦的承辦人員真的好優，笑臉一直掛著，說明或回答問題也很仔細，口齒有清晰，翻轉我對台新銀行的壞印象，衷心給這位小姐讚。
I have never had a good impression of Taishin Bank. Yesterday, I was supposed to close an account that was useless for more than 10 years. The contractor who took over was really good. The smiling face was always hanging. The explanation or answering questions were also very careful. Clear, flipping my bad impression of Taishin Bank, and sincerely praise this lady.
