昨天1/7下午去辦約定帳號設定和申請網路銀行,從抽號碼牌到辦完大約花了40分鐘,因為還有下一個行程,一直站著看跳號,謝謝經理有出來詢問和協助,也有先問了旁邊開戶櫃台的小姐發現只要網路填電話號碼就可以線上先預填申請資料,建議號碼牌也可線上預抽,才不用等太久,因為這邊櫃台數量大約4~5個,感覺台新的強項是智能化.數位化金融,它把許多流程改為線上了,建議客戶要多了解,或電話詢問,可以減少臨櫃排隊。
