「肉圓皮」Q彈，算嫩。
「內餡」豬絞肉，咬到一塊筋，整體可以，配上小方筍塊。
「醬汁」普通。
肉羹湯：中上，肉羹多，且柔嫩沒啥筋。勾芡湯頭還可。 搭豆芽菜，40元，好吃。
整體可以，傳統小店，生意好。
Meatballs:
"Meatball skin" Q bomb, considered tender.
"Inside stuffing" pork ground meat, bite into a tendon, the whole is fine, with small square bamboo shoots.
"Sauce" is ordinary.
Meat soup: medium and high, with plenty of meat soup, and tender and not glutenous. The soup can be thickened. Served with bean sprouts, 40 yuan, delicious.
Overall, it is a small traditional shop with good business.
