程序太多效率很差,辦理金融卡更新說要通知領卡也沒通知,到了現場要領金融卡,要等近一個小時,就因為前面有在辦理開戶。不知道銀行主管是都沒在看?還是等到有客戶抗議了才動作? 適時的支援應該是必要的,要不然再多兩三位客人不就大排長龍了,真是要好好改造一下。

忍不住要上來這裡留言,也不客氣的給了1顆星。櫃員處理作業的速度,真的是有待加加加強再加加加強。每次進這間分行,即使等待人數只有2、3位,還是要等很久,就像在其他銀行有10幾人一樣的慢。就算我只有存一張支票、或一筆匯款、或一筆提款,還是要等很久,就像我辦了10幾筆作業一樣。好吧!速度慢也就罷了。櫃員沒有一個是有笑容的,真心不騙,沒有一個是有笑容的。從外到內,從保全到櫃員到服務台到襄理,沒有一次沒有一位,臉上是有笑容的。
