2.只是今天去碰到狀況，看起來是實習生，她聽不懂我講的，也不表示不懂，我也不知道她不懂，直到我講第二次我才發現她不懂，但手續需重做，而且她是往我說的話反方向做，
3.是希望如果不懂可以跟行員同事問或者跟客人表示，這樣比較能提升效率，
4.總體還是不錯
5.我是幾十塊幾十塊賺的生意人，希望教新人的同時，不要損失客人的權益，感恩
6.新人也是需要多給她機會改正，或許她正在經歷什麼難關
