It’s really only one word, bad. The customer sent me the money at the counter at 1pm. I haven’t received it until 3pm. I called to ask and only told me because it should be a backstage homework problem. If it’s a check for payment today , Isn’t that nervous to death?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末那天去換卡片，臨櫃專員說大概10個工作天後會寄簡訊通知來領卡片，因有密碼單不可寄到公司，等了三週終於收到簡訊！今天早上去領，說卡片是從台北寄出，收到簡訊兩天後卡片才會寄到分行，為什麼簡訊不告知清楚？
今日臨櫃專員說通常在辦理換卡的當下專員會講收到簡訊兩天後再來，三個禮拜前他到底有沒有講我會知道？現在全部用隔板隔著，專員講話聲音都跟螞蟻一樣，我不認為這是沒做防呆的理由！
I went to change the card at the end of the year. The counter representative said that after about 10 working days, a text message will be sent to receive the card. Because the password slip cannot be sent to the company, I finally received the text after three weeks! I went to pick it up this morning and said that the card was sent from Taipei, and the card would not be sent to the branch until two days after I received the SMS. Why wasn't the SMS clear?
Today, the clerk at the counter said that usually at the moment when the card is replaced, the clerk will say that he will come back two days after receiving the text message. Did he say that I would know about it three weeks ago? Now they are all separated by partitions, and the voice of the commissioner is the same as that of an ant. I don't think this is the reason for not being foolproof!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正常上班時間只有2個窗口在處理 其中1個因客戶問題卡住 辦事效率本來已經很慢了 現在又要等非常久 感受不到銀行想改善這個問題
During normal working hours, there are only 2 windows for processing, and 1 of them is stuck due to customer problems. The work efficiency is already very slow. Now it has to wait for a long time. I don't feel that the bank wants to improve this problem.

結果態度有夠爛 問個問題跟審問犯人一樣
要不是薪資戶在這邊 我真的一點都不想來
兩顆星是給在門口的服務員 態度都比櫃檯好一百倍

但是後面一排的主管都在，就是沒人關心現場等待辦業務的人，剛取號碼牌時等待是0人，足足花了10多分鐘，還是沒叫號，前面櫃檯都已經空無一人辦業務？
為何公營行庫的效率都是如此嗎？
