每次來都要等超久,建議人多時段開個快速櫃台(辦理1樣事項的人)也說沒辦法、不公平,真是一間封閉不求進步的分行!

合庫是泛公股銀行,意指政府持部分股份 意指人事上不夠用.....意指“客戶需求”要時間去消化..... 我也等了些時間才能完成我公司要辦的手續, 服務我的邱姓行員也很有耐心處理我的QA (或許有拖到下一位號碼客戶...sorry) 跑銀行不二法則就是*該帶的東西要帶好,不知道怎帶就打去問* 若真的很趕時間,脾氣難免會上來,大家互相体諒下 其實,無論公司或家庭,忙起來都很急的,不是只有合庫啦~!

辦理約定轉帳竟然要20分鐘,第一個10分鐘時我還問他怎麼那麼久,電腦很慢嗎!他回我‘對’ 過了15分鐘我問他只是辦理約定轉帳,程序有那麼複雜嗎!要那麼久。他冷冷的回我電腦很慢。 因為我在趕時間,他叫我簽名我就簽,簽完拿了就走。後來拿出來看那張單子,竟然有兩筆新增,連我的帳號也約定了。 你有事嗎!我的存摺在你手上,也把要約定的帳號照片給你並告知這是我媽媽的,要約定轉帳給媽媽。 我就這麼一個合庫帳戶,還真不知道同一個帳號可以約定轉帳給同一個帳號,真是見識到了! 非常糟糕的一位男性臨櫃人員???

存錢到自己的戶頭裡行員竟然跟我要身分證還要我證明那是我自己的帳戶(也提供了),好心提醒有改過名也提供證明未改名的證件了(有本人大頭照喔),那位女性主管還是要我提出其它證明來證明那是我的本人還嗆我說我若不更正戶名,下次還是要這樣處理說是要保護我的權益(保護什麼啦)我是去領錢還是匯款?態度極差的主管,有夠不開心的,又不是不願意去更改戶名.....就沒帶原印章怎辦理呀!無言 還真沒遇過只是存個小筆錢還有提供身份證外加新增我的年收入和職業......什麼鬼啦。 一顆星都不願意給.........

三個月前去臨櫃薪轉申辦薪轉戶,櫃員請我直接下載APP,說申辦網路銀行又快又方便,我不疑有他就申辦了(畢竟其他銀行的網路銀行的確也很方便) 一個月後,領到薪水想要轉帳,發現網路銀行有限制轉帳額度,每筆只能一萬。就再去臨櫃詢問提高轉帳額度,櫃員表示他幫我設定約定轉帳就可以解決。 設定好後回去使用,發現還是有限制額度,當時心想可能要等待幾日的作業時間,但幾個禮拜後還是有額度限制,我就再去臨櫃詢問,當下那位行員完全不知道怎麼處理,這位行員一直去旁邊問同事,最後一共三位行員出來討論很久,還跟我確認約定帳戶是否為本人戶頭,我表示是本人戶頭沒錯。之後三位行員的解法是請我回去用網頁做轉帳功能就不會有額度限制,解釋是因為APP只能處理簡易設定。 但,回去用電腦開網頁轉帳,發現還是無法。 後來我去請教了我在別家銀行工作的朋友,他才幫我查出,當初行員是幫我申辦第三類戶頭,也是限制最多的戶頭,就算我申請約定轉帳也沒辦法高過第三類戶頭本身的限制。 解法就是我要重新開戶或是再去臨櫃確認是否能轉換成一般戶頭。 從頭到尾合庫辦理的行員完全不專業,也沒有給出有幫助的解決辦法,最初申辦時那位也完全沒有說明清楚第三類帳戶的限制條件,這種服務態度與專業程度實在令人質疑。
