Today I went to TCB Dali bank to upgrade my ATM card to VISA card.
Bank staff asked Why?
He also asked whether i can take money from ATM machine.
Then, He said “if I can take money from ATM machine, why do you want VISA card?” ?
do you think that he should ask that question to customers?
Bank provides Visa card services for cooperative financial issue or international transfers or something else.
customer wants to make Visa card for his personal purposes.
If the customer wants, bank staff must serve.
Now bank staff asked me lots of personal questions and he didn’t make VISA card for me.
Because of language barrier, I came back because my friend knows that i’m going to make argument and he doesn’t want me to make arguments.
Bank staff cannot speak English too.
