★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台有夠不專業，弄網銀問相關問題不知道還要“顧客自己”問其他櫃台，設定約定帳號看著存摺都可以key 錯（後來發現完全不能用），少蓋印章還打電話叫顧客再去一次。訂的飲料來了，到是急著去拿...這樣的品質從事金融數字很要求正確的工作，怎麼讓人放心？
The counters are not professional enough, I don’t know if I ask the customers themselves when I use online banking to ask other counters, I can set the agreed account and look at the passbook, and the key can be wrong (later found that it is totally unusable). Go once. The ordered drink came, and I was in a hurry to get it... Such quality requires correct work in financial figures. How can one be reassuring?

The counter staff are slow, bow their heads and do other things, regardless of the on-site number!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The senior lady works so slow i was late for work, and didnt even pay attention to the questions i asked. I had asked if i needed to show an id, and she said no, then twenty minutes later she asks me if i have the id, and just dragged the process on thirty minutes longer. The only reason i gave it a three star is because everyone else there is good, the guard, and even the younger staff apologized to me.
