同一天去到元大銀行一摸一樣的事情人家只花10分鐘
 It’s super bad, it’s not worth a single star. Online banking forgets the account and password and resets it. After almost an hour from the beginning to the end, it’s fine. The clerk himself has to check whether the documents are all signed and said that I did not sign in. Your teacher card is OK! Then he told me to renew my visa immediately. I have nothing to do and I just need to go to your bank, right?
It only takes 10 minutes to go to Yuanta Bank on the same day for exactly the same thing.

分行的管理到底出了什麼問題？行員沒效率也無所謂，誰還要熱心幫臨櫃客戶服務？今天看一堆老先生老太太一直耗著苦等一兩小時，覺得很難過。

平日下午3點半關門，我已經提早2個多小時去說要辦開戶，一進門看到2個櫃檯人員在聊天，問他們可不可以辦開戶，他們說：「不好意思，我們等一下2點的時侯有人有預約開戶，所以我們現在幫你開的話等一下會來不及幫有預約的客戶開戶。」但是我明明已經提早到了為甚麼還是沒辦法開到戶，重點是我快要走出門時，他們又開始聊天了
去別家問可不可以開戶，櫃檯人員馬上幫我開戶，而且不到30分鐘就開好
態度很差，工作態度散漫，以後不會想要再去這間。
