★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一顆星都嫌多!12/21到達營業所,卡了兩天沒動作,客服電話根本打不通,等了20分鐘後接通,說再請人員回覆。今天早上打來說明天才能配送,是要聖誕禮物變成新年禮物的概念嗎?乾脆12/30再幫我送好了,價格比宅急便便宜五元,可是這五元的感受跟時間成本根本天差地別!以後只要線上購物的送貨廠商是宅配通,就一律退貨!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為疫情我能理解不送貨上樓也儘量減少接觸的機會,但是我們大樓有管理員,我也打電話告知送貨員麻煩他送去管理室,請管理員先簽收,我晚點再去拿,卻被送貨員拒絕,他直接把貨品放在電梯旁邊,也沒通知一樓管理員,我訂購的東西是尿布,外包裝很明顯寫的是尿布,我在家是有小嬰兒的,難道我要抱著嬰兒特地去樓下搬貨嗎?

禮拜一打宅配人員手機詢問今天是否會送貨,不是說禮拜天會配送?對方態度很不好回應自己按鈴不接,禮拜天本來就不會送貨。既然禮拜天不會送,當初電話裡為何要說會送???我何必花$150苦等宅配送貨,用便利商店店到店就好啦!何必多花錢找氣受???
何況東西是家裡老狗狗要吃的營養品,就是多花錢希望趕快能讓狗狗吃到。當初選便利商店店的店貨品早就收到了。
很糟糕的宅配體驗,一顆星都不想給。

預約頁面有寫說過了下午六點後若需改訂單必須致電客服。結果因故必須得改地址,時間剛好也過了頁面所說的六點。致電客服後對方跟我說系統單號還沒出來,必須要隔天再打電話更改。
隔天早上我也打了,客服打了好幾次才接,另外一個客服說跟司機講改地址即可。
司機到了後說他不能收,要我們去全家拿空白單子全部重寫一遍...當天沒能收人就走了,說隔天再來。
三個人講的都不一樣而且還是沒能解決問題!浪費人很多時間!不就還好有早幾天預約,還可以讓他晚一天來收?
