後來乖乖等跳號機叫號，結果跳的那個櫃檯根本不會辦，我跟他表示之前都問誰...後來他就幫我直接轉到那個櫃檯...這樣不是多此一舉還浪費我的時間嗎？
重點是櫃檯人員態度也不是很好，還民眾回條的方式實在不禮貌
