買不到一個月的掛鐘真的掛了，現在品質跟以前差太多，最好笑的是這麼簡單的掛鐘送原廠要2星期，就不能拿一個新的先給我用，壞掉的你再慢慢研究哪裡壞掉嗎？最好你們的維修品堆積如山啦，效率真的太差了，早知到就到隔壁鐘錶行買上次的小廠牌掛鐘，都好幾年了還好好的，百年精工加油吧，思維不要還停留在百年以前，現在是2021了，凡事講求效率好嗎！

Efficient service and reasonable cost

Having heard so much about the specific watches, I decided to purchase one during my last trip to Japan. Indeed, my first impressions were good; the watch is aesthetically pleasing and looks elegant on the wrist. To my regret, though, even from the first days, I had noticed a stopwatch dial misalignment that was not possible to be corrected by the actions described on the manual. So, after some months, I decided to take it (twice) to the service (under warranty). To my surprise, not only I received it with the issue remaining (although the service document mentioned that the movement had been replaced), but it was also returned to me with scratches on the backplate. A lady of the staff tried to be polite with me but was rude to my wife and we could also hear her shouting to someone in another room about my watch. She was claiming that scratches on the metal backplate happened while I was wearing the watch! As for the misalignment it is considered "normal". I tried to explain how can one measure time accurately when the stopwatch dial cannot be aligned with "12", but she did not seem to care for my remarks. In the end, the staff recommended either to send the watch back to the factory service in Japan (but I would have to pay shipping fees, despite being under warranty), or take it to Japan by myself and request for a refund! Seems that both the company and service only care for profit and not to keep the customers satisfied as well, which is something unexpected for a Japanese company.
