★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵的肉非常軟嫩，紅燒口味湯頭清淡有味，整碗喝光也不會有負擔。
丁香豆乾調味很香，不會太鹹。推薦試試。
泡菜是微酸的台式泡菜，點一盤一下子就吃光了。（目前都沒有吃到有生菜味。）
椅子打開可以放包包和外套很貼心。（不過有時候會忘記拿走）
不過有時候天氣太熱，裡面冷氣感覺就很不涼。還有會有蚊子，希望店家可以想辦法處理一下。

牛肉麵湯頭中規中矩，順口好喝，麵條口感彈性不錯，唯一可惜肉太柴，四四方方的切法看起來賣相不佳，是扣掉一顆星的主因。
服務生端湯有點危險，歪一邊還撒了些許在桌上，需要注意一下，不過服務態度是很好的。
已經是三訪，價格稍稍偏貴，對照品質尚可接受。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店內擺設可愛，環境乾淨，小份的麵覺得份量很夠，牛腱切盤口感好，牛肉伴麵跟炸醬麵味道也好，清燉牛肉湯大概5塊肉，覺得湯頭滿清甜，小菜豬頭皮跟醬鴨掌也好吃，整體來說不錯。

I ordered a beef noodle with 50 beef tendon that is really soft enough and will melt directly in your mouth! Fair price level through the manual. It is worthy of visit if you have any chance in Tainan!
