是不是出了什麼事???臉有夠臭,態度有夠差的,我耳朵沒有很重啦,不用那麼大聲啦。跑過那麼多水廠和服務所,就這家最特別。

二樓服務態度極差,,轉戶要分不同樓層作業,根本浪費人力,台電一次完成,態度也很好,二樓的老屁股講話高傲,多問問題,不知道在大聲什麼,如果懂得這作業流程還需要被瞧不起嗎?

辦理水費結清且取消電子帳單改為紙本帳單寄送用水地址,繳了錢、在帳單地址變更的單子上簽名,結果只有收到繳費收據。 詢問帳單地址變更有什麼副本可以給我嗎,櫃台表示沒有。三個月後的現在我還是收到電子帳單,沒有證據讓我一吐怨氣就算了,本期帳單也不補發,所以還得聯絡房客自行去補單繳費 兩顆星是因為至少還有免付費電話,我可以線上變更帳單地址,不然又要再跑一趟我一定氣死
After clearing the water bill and canceling the electronic bill and changing it to a paper bill to send the water address, after paying the money and signing the bill for the change of the billing address, only the receipt is received. Asked if there is any copy for me for the billing address change, the counter said no. Three months later, I still receive an electronic bill. I don't have any evidence to make me feel resentful. The current bill will not be reissued, so I have to contact the tenant to make up the bill and pay the bill by myself. Two stars because at least there is a toll-free phone and I can change the billing address online, otherwise I'd be pissed off to make another trip
