中間詢問過一次,告知業務搞錯對象(用line向另一個人回覆,但我從沒有留過line),第二次再詢問時,爭執不下,
才知道資料都傳錯人,對方還放業務鴿子..
(真好奇另一位訪客 不認為收到別人的個資跟圖面,是很奇怪的嗎?
現在個資法很嚴,希望你不會去散播)
總之各種陰錯陽差,五顆星只能給三顆了,
雖然30萬的預算對日系廚具來說很低,
店家業務也繁忙,但建議未來傳完資料還是和本人電話確認過吧。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在知道takara廚具的琺瑯材質之後,要裝潢新房子的時候,就決定把一半的費用留給takara~跑了好幾間,不是業務愛理不理,不然就是訊息愛回不回的~說要再給圖跟報價,不再追進度就石沉大海,一直來到這間takara認識了米娜~熱心的服務,專業的建議~真的讓人很放心~想亂花錢還會被阻止~有什麼疑問隨時發問都可以很快的回復~這也讓人很放心
我只能說好險我沒有先來看評價,不然真的沒勇氣走進這間店~所以也問了米娜~米娜說業務跟工班都換了一批了~先來丈量的師傅態度也確實很好~沒有其他人說的遲到傲慢的問題~著實也給了一劑強心針
期待廚具到台的那天~~到時再曬照燒大家^^

雖然業務人很好,簽訂前介紹也很詳細,報價也提供的很快! 但安裝時整個是夢魘,安裝天數從原本的兩天拖到需要1個多禮拜才安裝完成,工務幾乎每次都不準時來(說好會到的時間都遲到! 會拖這麼久是因為檯面挖孔有問題...還是我自己發現有問題...檯面雖是給加工廠加工但挖孔錯了兩個工務及業務幾個小時都沒有發現,至今還是不知道挖孔錯到底是廚具商還是加工廠的問題...
第二次再來施工時還有封板沒有完成也不主動告知業主...直接聯繫該老闆老闆還一直鬼打牆...也沒誠意解決問題...
施工拖了一個多禮拜才完全好像別人的時間都不是時間
年前趕工客戶能理解但人員管理和調度上非常有問題老闆也不正視...
