★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good for the price. They are thinking creatively to maximize profit margin at this price. I am guessing they buy cheapest steak cut and marinate it to make it more tender. Unfortunately, it makes the steak all bouncy and mushy - like spam or burger meat. ?
