店員,產品爛透了 ,買了一個新電鍋,回來一用,水乾了不跳,送修3次,每次都說測試好了,沒問題,問題是回來一試還是不能用,煮好了不跳,繼續滾,從小家裡就大同電鍋,第一個用了10幾年,曾幾何時大同淪落至此,店員沒熱情,售後服務擺爛,給一星可能還太多,我愛用國貨,大同要加油

送修除濕機過程相當糟糕,一顆星給門市的女店員,態度還算好,不然一顆星都不想給: 家中除濕機突然除不到水,觀察兩天沒改善,9/25拿去門市送修,有說因為疫情,所以會比較久,並會"主動通知"報價,回家等了一周,完全沒消息,期間打去門市詢問一次,親自去門市一次,兩次都是回復會再催原廠工程師,終於10/12(過了17天)晚上接到原廠工程師電話,說:你有送修除濕機嗎? 阿甚麼問題,我測了3天都是滿水阿,態度聽起來不耐煩,這通電話真的不接還好,接了氣死人,既然測3天沒問題,阿我等兩個禮拜是在等甚麼,掛完電話後,又完全沒消息,10/15再次打給門市,說已經送回門市了,保險起見再幫忙測試,隔天會再"電話連絡",好的,回家之後過了一天,又完全沒消息,等不下去只好再打電話詢問,竟然回我:喔,早就修好了阿,你隨時都可以來拿。 X ! 把民眾當笨蛋耍! 說會電話連絡,你們電話是只能接不能撥打出去嗎? 去門市領回除濕機時還要收300元檢測費,得不償失,女店員態度還算好,有說抱歉,還讓你自己打來,我就當買經驗吧,花錢消災~ 結論: 給大家,大同的維修服務真的不要相信,說會電話連絡都是打發你的,看到之前留言好像以前就有發生過這種事,奉勸各位,不要再買大同的產品,壞了就買別牌吧,不會再相信大同了
