I wouldn’t come again. They “sold out” of my dish even though I was there right when they opened. I wouldn’t come again.

We ordered the fried squid, the signature yuzu pepper ramen, and the XO Cognac ramen. All three dishes were amazing! The squid was fresh and light, the citrus of the yuzu was refreshing in the fish broth, and the shot of brandy added to the Cognac ramen was mellow and really added another level to the already delicious broth. Both bowls of noodles were just the right level of QQ. The service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be visiting again to try more!

The tsukumen and yuzu pepper ramen were both delicious! Tsukumen's dipping sauce was heavy while the yuzu had a light broth.

It’s my second time here and still love it! Mahi-mahi seafood soup with onigiri is my favorite. Fried calamari and fish chips were crispy and full of flavor by itself.

The fish was so fresh! Love the classic ramen and fried fish! Must visit for local and visitors to Hualien!

My no.1 ramen place so far in Taiwan. Chewy ramen with a milky fish soup base that’s been boiled for 5 hours. Unlimited refills for both the soup and ramen. Open for 4 hrs a day (lunch and dinner 2 hrs each), I hope they’re busy catching fish in the ocean the other times! No bookings, we arrived 15 mins before they officially opened for dinner to register our names, waited another hr to get a seat. Restaurant started turning away customers 20 mins after they opened because they had sold out. The wait sucked but you can always cross the road to buy the just as popular 炸彈蔥油餅 to fill your stomach a bit. You’ll need to line up there too but it moves fast. Fresh fishery made ramen including shrimp, scallops, squids and clams! The soup and noodles are unlimited refillable. Soup are the most impressive to me personally because it contains all the flavor of the ingredients. With the special one: Peeled Chili see food noodle, I taste the novel crush from Japanese style ramen and locally originated products, which gave me the incredibly feeling. I will revisit if I went to there again.

Amazing!!! We dined in this ramen restaurant on our last night in Hualien, but was blown away that we decided to come back for lunch the next day. Presentation and flavor were all 5/5. I highly recommend the XO Cognac fish ramen, scallops tsukemen and the Mahi Mahi seafood ramen! Definitely an unforgettable experience. Note: they don’t take reservations over the phone so get there early and queue up!
