地下室及樓梯間燈光明亮而且環境整潔
停車場出入口的動線簡潔明顯
加上車牌辨識系統，效率很棒?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 停車場很大，有很多出口，非常方便的停車場。可惜電梯只有兩處，如果有老人或行李要找離電梯比較近的出口會好點。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這停車場很酷，涵蓋所有海安路美食，民權路48柱、28柱跟8號柱都有電梯?出口，可以供老人或有大型行李?的朋友使用喔！
還有一些飯店能販售12小時120元的停車票卷，也是挺超值的。
真心覺得，一停好車，海安路停車場週邊就完全吃喝玩樂、住宿個三天三夜都不會感到無聊?的地方。

When climbing up the stairs to stroll around Hai'an road, I'd suggest you recognize/ remember a shop front near your carpark exit.
As Hai'an road looks awfully similar from the beginning to the end!
