I’m a bit more of a budget diner, I went for the Business Lunch and my steak was fantastic, service was spot on and the bread reminds me of home. Very relaxing dining experience from top to bottom. If that’s lunch I really want to try dinner. Could see from the menu, dinner looks pretty epic. They age their own meat and have an open kitchen So customers can see the action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute must try. Heart warming reception and very polite. Thorough explanation of the servings. Time between courses were perfect balanced. Portion size were spot on and the food was arranged with care and craftsmanship. A lot of work has been put into this you can tell. It never felt too much on the posh side due to the smiling a friendly approach of the entire staff. I really enjoyed every minute of that dinner. Well done The Wang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the service and the plating, as a steakhouse, the main course (T-bone steak) was a huge disappointment! It was chewy and the quality of the beef was definitely not up to standard! Wonder why it was even recommended by Michelin??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give 5 stars but they screwed up things. The place was awesome atmosphere and great location, however we were disappointed with the service and the quality of meal. For the price, around 3700/ person, we would expect better service than this. The waiters(waitress) looks like young students who were been processing educational cooperation. Obviously, they were less experience to serve in a high-end restaurant( I can’t even hear the introduction for every dishes). For the meal, the A5 wagyu was excellent, but the other steak(New Yorker one) was a bit over cooked.
I wish I could give a better review as the A5 wagyu is tasty, but overall there are many things need to be improved. I may not re-visit as Wang Pin, same Corp., steak gave us more valuable experience than The Wang in my opinion.
