沒想到店家卻說因為我們已經使用過了，所以不能退全額，還硬要扣我們2000元，售出的商品有七天鑑賞期，難道商品本身有問題還要我們負責嗎？！
我老公想和平解決所以接受了，但我覺得必須要在這裡講出來，免得有其他人跟我們一樣花錢受氣！
