久違沒去買Tina麵包，沒想到櫃台人員的不耐煩的服務態度, 有讓顧客感到心裡不舒服。由於帶家中長輩去買，也許是長輩注意力比較差，對於有沒有A款麵包，多問了幾句，卻得到服務人員不是很友善的回覆 。結帳的當下，感到很多的不滿，建議管理層可以加強員工對應客人的應對訓練，有禮貌和耐心介紹這樣很難嗎？ 請加強櫃台人員的服務態度。也建立對長者友善的一間店。不要讓顧客去消費還帶著怒氣離開。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這店沒有明顯的招牌但櫥窗設計非常吸引我進去看看。外觀以為店小實際上進去後發現擺設、分區非常棒，特別是烘焙品有機麵包擺設出來，完全由服務人員取拿這點是很衛生的作法。另外還有熟食區新鮮有服務人員服務。另外店裡提供溫熱的黑豆水給顧客取用，中正路上的有機店，逛了逛還是這店產品種類多，多比較再採買，考量也重視服務及衛生建議增設方便洗手區就更棒了。
