★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然餐點一份都要$350以上的都有沙拉麵包湯點主餐及飲料，算起來不算貴。莎拉的覆盆子醬非常好吃，蒜頭麵包不錯，湯是花椰菜熬成了湯頭香而不膩，主餐義大利麵也有水準以上。
 Although a meal costs more than $350, there are salads, bread soup, main meals and drinks, which are not too expensive. Sara’s raspberry sauce is very delicious, garlic bread is good, broccoli is boiled into a soup that is fragrant and not greasy, and the main meal spaghetti is above the standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在花蓮尋覓義大利麵餐廳，這間放在口袋名單許久。前一陣子終於去嘗試，週末的午餐時間只有我跟先生兩個客人。
義大利麵不錯吃，但是沙拉跟湯不太新鮮有點可惜。店面內陳設的裝潢可以看出當初的用心，但是時間久了只感覺老舊少了點活力，難怪網路上雖然評價不差，但是沒有人氣，覺得遺憾。
餐廳在二樓，一樓空盪盪的，覺得空間浪費掉了。
不知怎麼說，整體感覺就是可惜吧！當初經營時應該是有用心規劃的。
一個人經營很辛苦，只想給予祝福及加油。
Looking for a pasta restaurant in Hualien, this one has been on my pocket list for a long time. I finally tried it a while ago, only my husband and I were guests at lunchtime on weekends.
The pasta is good, but it's a shame that the salad and soup are not so fresh. The decoration of the storefront can be seen from the original intention, but after a long time, it only feels old and less energetic. It is no wonder that although the evaluation on the Internet is not bad, it is not popular, which is a pity.
The restaurant is on the second floor, the first floor is empty, I feel that the space is wasted.
I don't know how to say it, but the overall feeling is a pity! It should have been carefully planned in the beginning.
It is very hard to run a business alone, and I just want to give blessings and cheer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the chance to try before we leave hualien. The owner was really nice, and hats up for the fast service. The place is unique with a superb food and the fruity tea was really refreshing. My husband said the espresso was the best he got during our Taiwan trip. Will want to visit again next time we go to hualien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic flavor italian food. Delicious and fresh. Made with only the best ingredients and freshest vegetables. The salad comes with a blueberry yogurt vinaigrette sauce and is sweet and tangy. The garlic bread is crisp and tart. The coffees are lively! And these are just the sides. The main dishes are always made with care, attention, and love.
Although some items on the menu cater to local taste buds, the homemade pesto is very authentic as is the cream sauce and blue cheese sauce. If this doesn't taste authentic to you, you've never been to Italy. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confused, it appears all the ingredients are here, but they only cater to local tastes with decent ingredients and no flavor. In contrast the salad was drenched in extremely sweet mayonnaise with chopped veggies... I bet if your local it is a 5/5. Service was polite but we did have to go find them. If your looking for real foreign food go elsewhere.
