★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new car in this dealership. Got a letter after few months from Toyota to bring back car for services.
Went there according to what the letter said, but they told me I don’t have an appointment. It took me about 40 minutes to get there and took a half day off.
I asked them please try to make it happens, but they said NO. They rescheduled other day for me to come back.
It is very frustrating, don’t understand why they sent me a letter to schedule service and once I went there they told me no such thing !!!
I think they are so busy and don’t really care if they lost a few customers.
I will not recommend people going to this dealership, they should be more professional dealing with their customers.
