★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前打電話詢問換皮帶(4條)，專員說：缺貨！塞港！建議去外面換。去外面換完。後來因其他問題去修，技師指著皮帶說：你看！你皮帶也在外面換的。幹X娘！當初是公司缺貨建議我去外面換，現在指責我在外面換。
打電話詢問時，只說會先檢查，到現場才說：檢查完不修要收$690檢修費。電話中故意不講，不道德！
Before calling to ask about changing belts (4), the commissioner said: out of stock! The port is blocked! It is recommended to go outside. Change it outside. When I called to inquire, they only said that they would check first, and only said when they arrived at the scene: If they are not repaired after inspection, they will be charged a $690 maintenance fee. Deliberately not speaking on the phone is immoral!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 傻眼櫃檯一個眼鏡男的在打電動??一問三不知，簡單的問題要跑保養廠，結果另一個櫃檯女的過來用一下就好了，我就問號了，進去沒人發現也就算了，什麼都推給保養廠，那問題就不用保養廠也能解決的，要客戶浪費時間去保養廠，如果要打電動不如回家躺著打更舒服不是？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this dealership to buy new SUV, but they refused to help me. They were not interested in answering my questions or showing me any of the vehicles. They seemed convinced that, because I am a foreigner, I would not really buy a car.
So, I decided to leave this Toyota dealership and go to Luxgen, instead. I bought a new Luxgen the next day.
The bad attitudes and prejudice against foreigners means that Toyota will never have me as a customer.
