★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2016年買了一台wish,在新車保固期間就發現有入檔會頓及偶發性的停紅綠燈的時候變速箱動力未中斷造成車輛激烈晃動到幾乎快熄火的情況,入廠保養時也有告知變速箱有異常請查明原因,但是每次該場維修人員都找不出原因在哪,然後就以氣門可能要清洗或火星塞要更換為由結案,也沒有使用電腦查明變速箱有無故障,日前問題越來越嚴重造成我差點在高速公路上無法行駛,再次入場查明原因,這次因為引擎故障燈有亮啓所以該廠有使用電腦測試查明原因是變速箱故障,然而原廠卻以保固期間已過需要我自費處理,請問這合理嗎?在新車保固期間就已有告知該變速箱有問題然而你們找不到原因難道是車主的錯,還是你們的品質就只有這樣,原本TOYOTA這品牌在我心中是品質的保證但是經過這件事後我後悔了,只有一句話可形容就是「爛死了」,明年我即將再度換車,TOYOTA 這品牌在我心中已經沒有競爭力。或許你們會覺得少你一個客人沒關係,沒錯,但是這就你們流失消費者的第一步,請以後想買TOYOTA 車的消費者自求多福吧!不要去買到有問題的新車不然你可能就是第二個我。

但是服務人員很客氣親切
雖然下訂後,跟同事討論得知
如果轉向他姐姐購買
同規格,至少可以再便宜 6 萬以上
雖然即使放棄訂金,改到其他營業所買
還是會划算一些
但最終因為還是想找一家離家最近的營業所
建立長久良好的信賴關西
所以最終仍然決定在斗南營業所買新車
不過總結來說
我這人生第一次買車經驗是失敗的
(自己個人的判斷錯誤)
我買的車型是Corolla Cross
原本已做好功課,打算想買最頂級的旗艦款
雖然全車破百萬,不過所有的配備都會有
不過在聽了業務大哥的建議與討論之後
決定買次一等的尊爵版
少了些配備,不過省了些錢
而且還可以看需求自己再增加選配項目
業務大哥還很熱心的
想介紹我他們公司的員工方案優惠貸款
雖然最後我決定還是使用自己的信貸比較划算
但還是很感謝他的善意
但我必須說,買車還是必須看個人的需求為主
如果是惡質的業務,強迫推銷加購
那一定是很糟糕
但相反的,遇到想幫自己省錢的好心業務
其實推薦的規格,也不一定就適合自己
我在斗南遇到的業務大哥
就是很貼心的會為客戶著想、省錢
像是全景設備
他認為只要常開車就能駕輕就熟、是非必要項目
下訂後隔天,我和老婆討論還是必須要有全景
(這車是買來送她的)
雖然還沒交車,但因為契約已經簽好了
只好再另外花錢買全景
(感謝業務大哥給了員工價)
還有appale carplay
(可以連接手機、顯示手機螢幕、及導航功能)
我一心以為自己選的規格是標配
交車時才發現沒有
當初討論說,選配設備即使買車當下沒有加選
事後想再加裝也可以
但交車後想要加裝,業務大哥幫忙詢問了好幾天
才得到無法加裝的回答
我個人建議
如果平時開車有用GOOGLE地圖導航的習慣
或覺得自己有機會用到車內螢幕看影片
應該要有apple carplay的功能
就算沒有該功能,一樣會有那台超大螢幕
佔據著操控台中央的位置
導致操控台沒有足夠寬平的空間可以置放手機
或者手機必須放很遠
那台沒有導航功能的車內電腦螢幕,真的很廢
我沒有在車內用藍芽講電話的習慣
那台電腦螢幕唯一的功能,就只有聽電台廣播而已
我曾經想過在多花個幾萬元加裝也沒關西
需要把整個儀表板拆開也沒關西
換掉整個電腦也沒關係
或許會破壞保固也沒關西
但我是個路痴、必須要有那個可以連接GOOGLE地圖導航的功能
我也會想用車上螢幕看手機裡的影片
不厭其煩地多次問了業務
得到的答案依然是
「不是更換的問題,是沒辦法再加裝」
老實說
新買的車子性能很好、開起來也很舒適平穩
但交車至今約 1 個禮拜
心裡仍然是非常的懊惱與後悔
如果不要為了省那幾萬塊
就能拿到齊全的、自己需要的配備,
那不是很好嗎?
如果是為了省那幾萬塊
那早知道就到其他營業所買車就好了!
我只覺得自己很蠢
人生第一次買新車的經驗
雖然事前做了些功課,但看起來還是失敗了
交車當天,看著營業所新插的促銷旗子
上面寫著:
「買crolla cross,50萬30期零利率,買車送全景」
其實心裡有點被重擊,感覺再晚一些買就好了
早買早享受、晚買有折扣
開著新車
還是很慶幸自己有再多花了幾萬塊加裝全景
很實用!
不過這加選後的總價
已經接近有carplay功能的規格了
感覺直接往上買更高規格的車型會更划算
我得說斗南營業所的人員都很親切、客氣
不過還是得想好自己需要的是什麼
慢慢的、詳細的,白紙黑字寫清楚
才不會讓自己交車後,覺得後悔莫及...

I had to spend another money on the panorama

(Can connect to mobile phone, display mobile phone screen, and navigation function)
I just thought that the specifications I chose were standard
I found out when I delivered the car
At the time, it was discussed that even if the optional equipment was purchased, there was no option at the moment.

真是不錯的賣場, 虧我們還前後在那邊買了4~5台車以上, 我想以後不會再去斗南店了吧!
