我立即到距離最近的三重廠做檢查
三重廠維修人員看了一下說這是上個保養廠沒有重置，但還沒有到保養里程所以可以忽略沒關係
到今天決定回去一直去的淡水保養廠進行檢查，維修人員才表示並沒有什麼重置的問題，就是引擎系統偵測到異常，需要做一下詳細的檢查，後來檢查出是引擎水閥零件要更換
不知道是員工訓練問題還是話術，總之這樣會讓我對於三重廠的技術判斷存有很大的疑慮

The maintenance staff of the Sanchong factory took a look and said that this is the last maintenance factory that has not been reset, but it has not reached the maintenance mileage, so it can be ignored.
Today, I decided to go back to the freshwater maintenance plant I have been going to for inspection. The maintenance staff said that there is no reset problem, that is, the engine system has detected an abnormality and needs to do a detailed inspection. Later, it was found that the engine water valve part needs to be replaced.
I don't know if it's a staff training problem or a skill of speech. In short, this will make me have great doubts about the technical judgment of Sanchong Factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一大早預約好下午13:00保養汽車，13:10抵達服務人員說大約1個半到2個小時左右好，我們15:00回去，16:00才拿到車，一直等等等，也沒有人打電話通知我們。不過維修師人不錯，還教我們怎麼看水箱的水。
I made an appointment early in the morning to maintain the car at 13:00 in the afternoon. The service staff said that it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours when we arrived at 13:10. We went back at 15:00, and we only got the car at 16:00. No one called to inform us. But the maintenance engineer is very good, and also taught us how to see the water in the water tank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/3/3，第一次來這邊做保養，有先預約，休息的地方在2樓，空間很寬敞也很明亮乾淨，還有小朋友遊玩的遊戲室，考慮很周全，有廁所又有空調，廁所很乾淨明亮，帶小朋友來方便，有提供簡單的茶點，也有電視，有螢幕會顯示目前保養的進度，但是只有在固定的地方有，如果坐比較遠的話就要時常走動去看，這個地點算很新，離交流道也很近，也有無障礙的電梯，2樓也有服務人員，保養完畢會有專人帶你去結帳，再到1樓的暫停區確認車子的狀況，整體感覺很好服務很棒

There is also a playroom for children to play. It is thoughtful and there are toilets. The air-conditioning, the toilet is clean and bright, and it is convenient to bring children. There are simple refreshments and a TV. There is a screen to show the progress of the current maintenance, but it is only available in a fixed place. This location is fairly new, close to the interchange, and there are barrier-free elevators. There are also service personnel on the second floor. After the maintenance is completed, someone will take you to checkout, and then go to the suspension area on the first floor to confirm the condition of the car. The overall feeling Good service great
