★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目前除了地下一樓的唐吉軻德外，感覺上就是一個玻璃帷幕的辦公大樓。目前為止還沒有多少商家進駐，不過將來熱鬧起來的話，應該可以跟光華新天地，以及三創園區，形成一個不錯的3C聚落。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20220326 目前B1 圍唐吉軻德，其餘還未正式完工並對外開放，隔壁就是八德資訊商圈的光華商場及三創生活園區，其實在網購盛行的狀況之下，人潮已經不若之前的盛況，故這附近三不五時會舉辦一些特別的活動來吸引人潮，加上附近不遠處就是華山文創園區，忙碌的都市人要是真的不想一放假就往人擠人車塞車的外縣市景點跑，其實可以考慮來這幾個園區逛一逛，利用大眾交通工具很方便，以捷運來說，捷運忠孝新生站一號出口步行五分鐘左右就到了。
附近因為鄰近學區，除了園區都有美食區之外，附近巷弄也有一些學生愛用的美食，用餐方面不成問題。
