客服人員來電說師傅的時段是11.-13. ,我詢問能否給個較精準的數字,客服人員說大概12.東西會送到,你們時間當然可以壓不準,但是詢問確切的時間我方便安排規劃也是對你們的禮貌啊, 如果習慣性差個一兩個小時,客服人員你不是應該提醒客人可能會有兩個小時的差異嗎?但是小姐你不耐煩又籠統的回應只是方便你們自己作業還可以不用負責任而已,而且既然妳說13.後是另外的時間段,我理解成東西會在13.前到沒有很過分吧? 一定要我打過電話,你們才說催一下師傅,請他在13.30前到,師傅很辛苦我也想體諒,但是特意把早上的行程移至下午,只是為了你們的不確定性,我也做出相對的禮貌了,客服人員請你們改善至應有的制度,否則辛苦的只是在外奔波的師傅還有相信你們的客人而已。 喔然後明明購買時說是直接寄到住處,卻還是寄到門市然後引發這些麻煩,著實令人對這次的消費感到失望。 註:13點56分商品終於收到,辛苦送產品的師傅,同時也請安排規劃的客服人員希望你們可以了解送貨速度再來告訴客人時段:) 不是每個人都是奧客,可是語氣不好的客服人員你會讓客人的消費覺得不適。
