有人在一樓貼有禁菸標誌的騎樓吸菸，反應了三個月，管理員的說詞卻永遠只有「再找主任討論」或「你住幾號房」。
整整三個月，這件事情完全未見改善。
罔顧住戶健康，和自己「無煙環境」的理念互相違背，解決態度還如此消極，衷心建議在意自己權益和健康的同學三思再租屋 :)
另外，下面負評的隔音差、網速慢都是真的，在意這幾點的同學也請注意。
 Smoke-free colleges are simply a joke.
Someone smoked in the arcade on the first floor with a no-smoking sign. After three months of reaction, the manager's words were always "talk to the director again" or "what room do you live in".
For three months, this matter has not improved at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優點:安靜，離學校非常近，房間乾淨，傢俱乾淨且不會很舊，單就房間租金比起附近套房便宜許多。缺點:離市區相對偏遠，吃飯不便；熱水費比市價貴許多；人太多，洗衣不方便；網路不是很好，太多人在用基本晚上會很塞。
