★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow response and processing time. It took me literally 10 days from placing the order and 3 phone calls to finally figure out that they are out of stock. Their CS kept stuffing me with all kinds of excuses and kicked the ball to other departments. I ended up cancel the whole order and still waiting for their "accounting dep." to process the refund.
Very bad experience. UBNT, you should do better than this.
