Update: The steak quality has decreased quite a bit since our last visit. The recommended meat cuts are the pork, ribeye, short ribs and chicken. The rest are either too chewy or low on flavor.
Good food and value. Starting at NT 399 (plus service fee), this is arguably one of the better steak meals you can get in the city at this price range.
The main meat dishes come on hot plates with noodles and an egg. The steaks were in good quality and juicy. The meal includes a decent chowder type soup, a small salad and unlimited drinks and ice cream. Service was prompt and courteous.
