可以簡單解決的問題，分兩個時段讓客人用餐即可，公家單位經營的飯店，有很大的進步空間

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬天不推來此住宿！我覺得很不行⋯感覺就一堆寫手美化飯店！團體進房，連協助遊覽車上下行李的服務都沒有！只有本館房間的冷氣有暖氣，小木屋的就沒有！房間設備也很普通！

When a group enters the house, there is no service even to assist in the loading and unloading of luggage on the tour bus! Only the air-conditioning in the rooms of the main building has heating, not in the cabins! The room equipment is also very ordinary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 意外發現東勢林場內有溫泉湯屋與溫泉套房，體驗了一下溫泉湯屋，碳酸泉美人湯，感覺還不錯，但價格稍高，沒有住宿的話1200/小時，門票可以折抵，但內部管理有待加強。

農會的活動櫃台都不清楚...台灣pay 活動明明期間內，還隨口說已經過期，真的超級無言。
找再多業配不如做好員工訓練。
